Rochon was born in Torrance (a suburb in Los Angeles), is the daughter of Zelma Staples. Her parents are Samuel Staples a graphic designer and businessman. Cerritos was her primary high school. Ullerup's recurring role in Hallmark's Signed, Sealed, Delivered series is Dale Travers since 2016.
